Graphic Designer - Carriage Logistics General Trading

The main responsible for Graphic Designer is developing creative designs in line with marketing plans to meet agreed company objectives plus the following:
• Designs: Responsible for creating designs and implementing them in line with ongoing marketing campaigns and plans.
• Social and Digital: Aligning with the marketing, social media and digital teams on design requirements for social media posts and digital campaigns, and developing designs in a timely manner.
• Branding and Material: Responsible for creating branding designs and marketing material for print and developing the required Artwork files.
• Adaptations: Responsible for developing all needed adaptations for certain campaigns and offers and delivering all files and sizes as needed.
• Team coordination: Coordinating with internal teams including marketing, social media and aligning them on progress and deadlines to make sure campaigns launches are timely and successful. Also to gather the necessary approvals from managers before finalizing.
• Team management: Responsible for managing Junior Graphic Designers, assigning them with the appropriate work load and overlooking their progress.
