• Lead and develop Signage Business Unit as well as oversee conceptualization, planning and execution of projects.
• Oversee the initiation and maintenance of relationship with key existing and potential clients of Signage as well as lead any business development initiatives.
Strategic:
• Lead development and implementation of Signage strategic milestones, business plan and targets.
• Champion development of Signage policies and procedures as well as drive initiatives targeted to overall Business Unit effectiveness.
• Serve as the key link between Signage employees and other Business Units to cascade business targets as well as communicate key strategic initiatives.
