Florist and Indoor Plant Supervisor - Wahat Al-Shafalahia

FIP supervisor provides leadership for the department’s primary operating unit and profit. Oversees daily operations, builds and maintains a positive employee culture and ensures that customer needs are met. The goal is to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations.

FIP supervisor oversees the floral and indoor plant maintenance department within their organization, ensuring all company standards are observed. Additionally, supervisor oversee all staff within the floral and indoor plant maintenance department, providing guidance, training, and discipline as necessary; he also generally participate in the hiring process for his department.

Responsibilities

1. Overseas and day to day operation of florist and indoor plant maintenance.
2. Responsible for the direction and development of the entire floral design and indoor plant maintenance team.
3. Prepare materials and consumables requirements request
4. Monthly reports preparation
5. Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure department’s productivity
6. Responsible for the achievement of department productivity and quality goals
7. Vendors - seasonal availability, product logistics, value and quality etc.
8. Minimal dump of product
9. Monitor customer support and Quality control
10. Plan and support sales and marketing activities
11. Other duties as assigned
