Customer Service Executive (Administration/ Public Relation)

We are a leading Real Estate Company (Residential and Commercial) looking for a Customer Service Executive with public relation back ground to closely work with Electricity & Water, Telecom service providers in order to handle utility payments and provide telephone and internet services for our tenants and existing company staff.

Applicants have relevant experience in following tasks shall be considered for the position:

Coordinate with Real Estate marketing team for utility Service register in hukoomy system (Baladiya & Kahramaa) and transfer of new tenants.

Arrange documents and deposit of tenants to be paid at Utility Service Provider

completing final bill for vacating tenants and assists them for clearance of their Utility connections and refunding of deposits,

File and follow up complain with Utility Service
Provider if there any discrepancy in the bills
Follow-up tenants complaints related to Utility services

Call and follow up commercial clients for payment of Utility invoices

Coordinate with accounts department related to Utility bills to be paid by tenants and follow-up outstanding invoices,

Maintain systematic filing for official records,

Coordinate with Telecom Service Provider for any complaints, request and inquiries such as new / replacement of sim cards, internet installation appointment for tenants and existing staff accommodations and disconnection of services,

Assists tenants for Telecom Service subscription and clearance,

Send statements of accounts and follow up outstanding payments of Telecom Service Provider with tenants and existing staff,

Advise all new staff about usage of Telecom Services such as mobile data and international call and rooming service
