Job Summary This position is responsible for serving as a liaison between the hotel and various contracted parties (i.e., airlines, wholesalers, etc.) in order to coordinate the hotel’s large- and small-group reservation and booking process Education & Experience MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, often for a minimum of 2 hours at a time. Must be able to maneuver through all areas of the front office.
