Carpentry Production Manager - Forma

• Manages all production activities from inception to delivery
• Manages and controls all employees related functions in the factory
• Plans production schedules and ensures timely completion.
• Prepares production status reports to senior management.
• Organizes production flow effectively and efficiently.
• Ensures that all production equipments are in operating condition.
• Maximizes company’s use of assets towards project completion.
• Responsible for production quality.
• Coordinates all shop drawings, generates cutting lists and implements quality control procedures in the production process.
• Liaises with Design, Procurement and Projects coordinators.
• Directly responsible to senior management on all production control matters.
• Plans, controls and implements cost effective procedures.
• Trains subordinates on work procedures and tasks.
• Manages and controls all employees’ related functions in the factory.
• Attends managers meetings as needed.
