Business Development Manager - 9to5.ai

9to5.ai is a hiring market place platform. Our purpose is to fundamentally change the way people hire and get hired by leveraging our Artificial Intelligence (AI). We are making the recruitment process quicker and more efficient than ever before and we need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to develop a strategic business development plan.

Your responsibilities:

• Identifying new sales leads

• Pitching products and/or services
• 
  
• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
• 
  

When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties will include:

• Researching organisations and individuals using any means to identify new leads and potential new markets
• 
  
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions
• 
  
• Contacting potential clients, establish rapport and set up meetings
• 
  
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• 
  
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• 
  

Sales duties include:

• In charge of handling the entire sales process from meeting the client, qualifying, present the full spectrum of 9to5 services, product demonstration to handling objections and negotiations.

• In charge of increasing market share and achieving sales revenue.
• 
  
• Keeping healthy relationships with clients based on trust
• 
  
• Work cross functionally with the Product team to share customer feedback as our product evolves
• 
  

Reporting to line manager and responsible to provide feedback on what is working and not working.
