Business Analyst - Retail Banking - iHorizons

• To document complex report requirements for retail banking channels/business areas, i.e. sales/service data from multiple systems grouped for each business area which IT can take away to build reports.
• Work independently and with the team to understand project requirements, existing. implementations and build or maintain the technical aspects applications.
• Requirements analysis and understand the business need.
• Assisting with the business case and assess the business and technical impact.
• Eliciting requirements and Developing technical solutions to business problems.
• Translating and simplifying requirements from Business to technical and vice versa.
• Requirements management and communication.
• Document all requirements functionally and technically.
