The Bakery/Kitchen Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing and modifying bakery & kitchen equipment system throughout the bakery & kitchen facilities.
Preform predictive/preventative maintenance on a variety of different equipment in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
Ensuring all equipment throughout the industrial facility is operating safely at peak of its performance.
Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and makes repairs or adjustments as needed.
Work independently with little or no supervision.
Maintain parts and supplies inventory for assigned equipment.
May assist with other duties.
