Responsible for acting as a liaison between customer and restaurants. Assist with complaints, orders, errors, billing, cancelation and promotions as well as the following but not limited to it:
• Helping drivers reach their destinations in the shortest possible time.
• Resolve address & driver complaints via phone, email, social media or live chat.
• Use telephones to reach out to drivers and verify account information.
• Liaise with the Fleet Supervisor, Operation Manager & Restaurant Manager for the addition or cancelation of the order.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Follow up with drivers about the address validation.
• Assist to add the multiple delivery addresses in a single account.
