Directing, training, developing and mentoring auditors. Development of a comprehensive and sustainable audit process. Conducting in-depth and complex tax research to provide the most efficient and effective services possible. Providing consistency and adherence to established procedures across operational areas. Key requirements: Degree in Accounting or Finance, and preferably a holder of CIA or CFSA. Minimum of 12 years of experience in Audit and advisory with Tax Authorities and/or Big four companies. Working knowledge of tax laws, rules and regulations, audit techniques and procedures. Ability to communicate technical tax issues clearly and interact effectively with various groups.
