Service Design Analyst

To handle daily Information Systems Design requests and tasks.
To take the responsibility on delivering complex Systems Architecture and following the Systems and security standard architecture.
To ensure service availability and performance targets are achieved with produced designs.
To act as a point of reference for the Service Operations and Service Transition Departments in regards to the Design and Architecture. 
Support Service Transition pre-release and release-delivery activities.
Create, document, and implement procedures related to solution builds, device configurations and deployments.
Develop solutions and deliverables with High and low level designs.
Self-startup and team player.
Self-motivated to take ownership of projects without much supervision.
Steady and fast implementer. 
Ability to time-slice between multiple Systems and multiple customer requirements.
Seven ten years’ experience with business operations and economics, consulting and solutions architecture, infrastructure networking, security and services.
Experience with disparate technologies and industries.
Knowledge in ICT standards.
Performance focused and results oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Arabic and English, written and oral.
