- Achieve the target of the shop.
- Maintain customer services and facilities , greet customers and provide assistance , maintain cleanliness and order in the store.
- Maintain stock ,supplies and inventories ,take inventory ,communicate demand to ASM\RSM, check received stock against invoices ,mark prices on stock, and restock shelves.
- Maintain accounts , record attendance , maintain staff shift roster, receive cash and provide correct change , operate the cash register , make deposits ,print and record receipts.
- Achieve sales target.
- Check all operational procedures are fully implemented.
