  1. Submit the Sales plan as per the set objectives.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  3. Prospect for potential new clients / restaurants, collect the necessary data of potential clients / restaurants, respond to their queries, and convert the lead to sales.
  4. Identify new business opportunities by cold calling, meetings, market research and prospects to sign the contracts.
  5. Interact with the customer for product offering, brand awareness on time to time basis by meeting and calls.
  6. Identify the clients who show inclination towards the product but have not purchased it and follow up for these kind of customer for special deal and offering.
  7. Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, negotiate and send Request of Proposal (RFP) quoting the rates and terms of conditions to sign the contract and bring client onboard.
  8. Encourage clients/ restaurants to upload menu pictures on the company Sites.
  9. Maintain the record for contacted and uncontacted leads and ensure they are entered into personal and automated follow-up processes.
  10. Attain accurate and original logo and menu items picture from client restaurants.
  11. Obtain the information for all delivery areas in the restaurants and minimum order charges for order.
  12. Attain the information of delivery charge methodology.
  13. Implement promotions, coupons and vouchers to boost and generate sales growth.
  14. Encourage restaurant to subscribe for the online payment gateway.
  15. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
  • Sales calls

  • Closed sales

  • Follow-up activities

  • Sales expense report

  • Presentations

  • Sales meeting report (new restaurant)

  • Daily signed contract report

  • Coordination meeting report: new and existing restaurant for meeting

  • Client meeting report

  • Portfolio report: - client name, live date, concerned person name and contact information

  • Forms-coverage area, payment method, postdate and promotion
