The role
is to manage multiple projects, as per contract terms, within
the allocated cost, at highest quality and safety levels and to client
satisfaction. The candidate must have experience in working with a
sub-contractor (for direct execution responsibility) in specialized
construction services, such as: concrete repairs, structural
strengthening, crack injections, marine repairs, industrial floorings,
protective coatings, passive fire protection, firestopping, sealants
works and waterproofing works.
Responsibilities:
\[Monitor projects performance against contractual obligations of the job
\[Set and achieve turnover and gross profit targets
\[Ensure updated project documentation through the system
\[Ensure timely and accurate data entry of project in SAP system
\[Ensure compliance to QA/QC, HSE, legal, commercial terms of contract
\[Schedule review of project performance, analyze variances, initiate corrective actions
\[Ensure project completion in line with estimation & job card
\[Ensure timely invoicing and 100% certification of work executed to ensure payment of invoices
\[Maintain customer satisfaction at all times in the best interest of business
\[Develop technical, contractual and managerial competence of operations team (skills, quality, safety, client-dealing aspects of the
project/s) by means of training
\[Coach, train and mentor site engineers, supervisors & labors
\[Turnover management and reporting
\[Invoicing & certification
\[Continuous process improvement
\[Complete project documentation
\[Pre-sales: Estimations and Sales support
