• Acquisition: Developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans with the objective of increasing customer acquisition.
• Retention: Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to increase usage and gain loyalty
• External agencies: Managing external agency relationships as needed including Activations, Influencer Marketing, Media and Advertising and maintaining a high level of delivery at the appropriate cost.
• Brand Awareness: Responsible for developing and increasing brand awareness levels by implementing marketing and advertising campaigns in line with company requirements and brand guidelines.
• Financial: Managing the marketing budget and spends, reporting to management progress, and structuring monthly budget in line with company objectives.
• Team management: Responsible for managing teams under the marketing department including Marketing Executives, Social Media Executives, Graphic Designs and so on, and assigning them with the appropriate work load and overlooking their progress time.
