• Assessing IT Governance/IT Strategic Planning Practices and evaluating the effectiveness of IT Performance Measurements, Resources Capacity Management, IT Risk Management, and HR Management Processes. Moreover, Reviewing the IS Budget Planning, Purchasing and Contracting processes Using COBIT Framework.
• Assessing the Information Security Controls and Practices by Performing Comprehensive Gap Analysis Review in Compliance with ISO  Standards.
• Reviewing and assessing the Project Management Methodology & Life Cycle referring to the Project Management Institute PMI Standards and Framework.
• Assessing IT Service Management Processes including Incident Handling, Problem Management, Change and Configuration Management, Release Management Practices using ISO/IEC and ITIL Guidelines.
• Assessing and Reviewing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Practices using BS Standards.
• Assessing the Control effectiveness and efficiency in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) starting from Feasibility Study Stage, passing through Requirements Gathering, Design, Development, Implementation, Testing and ending with Post Implementation Review.
• Assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of General IT Controls in Applications, Databases, Operating System, and Storage.
• Assessing Data Integrity and Business Rules (System Logic) Reliability.
• Assessing the effectiveness and adequacy of Network Infrastructure Control Environment; Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Communication Lines, VPN, etc.
• Reviewing and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of IT Operational Policies and Procedure.
• Coordinating and Following Up the proper remediation of Central Bank and External Audit Observations.
