HR Payroll officer - Abu Dhabi Supplies & Commercial Services

HR Payroll Officer shall perform duties as per below but not limited to:
1. Process payroll transactions for all Company and project employees
• Check, sort and files time sheets of employees;
• Coordinates time sheets discrepancies to all concerned Project Management Offices;
• Ensures validity, accuracy and completeness of payroll;
• Handles payroll inquiries in an accurate and timely manner;
2. Facilitate and process employees leave benefits and annual ticket entitlement in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Process and prepares the payment orders for employee leave and annual ticket;
• Maintains and updates the employee files and record;
3. Employee Insurance and Benefits
• Administers and explain benefits to employees and serves as liaison between employees and insurance carriers;
• Verify insurance billing prior to submission to Accounts Department;
4. Employee Service Termination Benefits
• Prepares and process final settlement and out-process employees in collaboration with PRO, Finance and Travels departments;
• Notifies the bank and other concerned department for the outgoing employee
5. Prepare quarterly reports for Salaries of employees for the Government.
6. Review new-hire information to ensure accuracy within the Payroll System through coordination with HR Recruitment.
7. Escalate any deviation from normal routine or if there is any delays had/will happen.
8. Be proactive and advise as an expert of your field where improvements can be made and address with immediate supervisor any issues that exist in the system or policies.
9. Adhere to the confidential and sensitive information policy and handle employees’ issues and concerns with delicate and professional approach.
10. Be able to communicate and coordinate efficiently and establish good rapport with all shareholders and internal clients.
11. Performs other related duties as may be required by immediate supervisor.
