1. Responsible for effective and efficient administrative support to the manager and maintain confidentiality of documentation.
a. Typing and self correspondence of documents, letters, circulars, memos, reports, statements etc. as required and directed by the Management.
b. Liaising with the Management for planning and scheduling appointments and meetings as required, and maintaining his appointments diary, Attending meetings and taking the minutes of meetings and following up on the pending issues.
c. Receiving and screening all telephone calls for the Management.
d. Receiving and organizing of letters, faxes telexes for the Management, and dispatching them after presentation to Management.
e. Distributing mail and letters after the Management has reviewed them.
f. Organizing and maintaining Management filing system
g. Organizing promotional and other seasonal activities, when required.
h. Handling all confidential matters relating to the Management work.
i. Making hotel bookings and travel arrangements for the Management and company visitors, when required.
j. Preparing the company visitors list and liaising accordingly with departmental secretaries.
k. Maintaining assigned files and ensuring confidentiality of all work and correspondence handled.
l. Ensuring the highest level of customer and client satisfaction in all dealings.
