The roles and responsibilities include: Provide technical support for SAP CRM users by addressing and resolving help desk tickets on time and on efficient manner. Research and provide information in technical trends for various CRM application areas such as: installed Base, Service Contract/ service order Management/ Warranty/ Case management / Interaction Center/ Field Application ( Mobile)/Analytics.
