Responsible for Brand Development and developing Sales/Business Development strategies for Onex Beauty Group.
The responsibilities include BUT are not limited to the following:
• Source and develop client referrals for Onex Beauty Group including Salons and Spas, Cosmetic Clinics, Retailers and Pharmacies where applicable.
• Prepare sales action plans, strategies and develop and maintain a customer database.
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
• Develop presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients.
• Negotiate with clients deals and present sales contracts and prepare monthly sales reports.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person in truly manner.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow-up for management.
• Participate in sales events.
• Monitor regular payments of your clients and ensure payments are received on their due date.
• Analyzing trends in the sales performance and adjusting plans accordingly in order to meet the monthly sales targets.
• Present sales presentations and collaborate with sales team to ensure product sales are achieved.
• Assist in the development of a branded marketing plan; analyze the market and the competition to support Onex Beauty Group’s Management in setting a new product pricing and positioning.
• Manage and enhance a company's brand or reputation in the public's eye in Middle East region.
• Drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for all business areas.
• Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand.
• Researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and spending habits.
• Manage and coordinate the launch program to external customers and clients.
• Deliver training on all brands and all SKUs, Applications & Treatments for sales promoters, skin care professionals, and all clients.
• Performing field coaching in-stores to ensure sales promoters’ performance and standard is consistent across all client groups.
• Performing daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports to management on staff performance and sales progression.
• Building strong customer relationships, developing and executing customer pricing and promotions.
• Perform other related duties when needed.
• Reporting to General Manager.
