Our client is looking to hire a strong Corporate Paralegal to join the team in Dubai. The firm are known for having a supportive and progressive environment, perfect to support mid-level paralegals up the ladder. You will be responsible in dealing with a wide range of corporate transactions and therefore the duties and responsibilities of this role will be varied. The work will be fast paced with tight deadlines and can include M&A, Shareholder agreements, due diligence, company incorporation, re-structuring etc. Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, alongside general legal research when required. Skills The successful candidate should have at least 1 year corporate experience from private practice. Experience working in an international law firm would be an advantage.
