Kuwait - We are looking for a Chocolate Maker to join our production team. An ideal new member will bring a great attitude and an eagerness to learn. The daily responsibilities of this role include: 1. Performing all steps of our production: Melting, tempering, enrobing, molding, and packaging 2. Tasting and evaluating chocolate bars for flavor and quality 3. Cleaning and maintaining our production facility 4. Maintaining our machines 5. He/She should have an extensive knowledge involving the flavour, texture and other properties of chocolate. 6. He/ She will be responsible for tempering all types of chocolate using several skills to create all types of moulded or hand shaped chocolate Skills 1. 2-3 years experience as Chocolate Maker/Chocolatier 2. A passion for chocolate and the motivation to learn more about our product and process 3. A passion for making a quality product 4. Knowledge of how to properly temper and mold all types of chocolates by tempering machine or manual 5....
