Responsibilities:
Lead Generation (Primary- 60% of time allocation):
- The primary support will come from lead generation through market research, finding new businesses, contacting them, informing and exciting about Bayt services, and scheduling a qualified meeting for the Relationship Manager to meet and pitch to the marketing decision-maker.
- Generate a minimum of 2 qualified meetings per day. A qualified meeting is a phone-out assigned to a Relationship Manager with the correct details of the marketing decision-maker, a confirmed budget to spend, and an immediate campaign to launch.
- Generate a minimum of 75 new or updated records with phone outs / per day in CRM.
- Input new companies into team CRM and ensure growth of quality company lists and email lists for high yielding Marcoms campaigns.
- Conduct research by calling all new companies to create records with all mandatory fields of all companies in CRM.
- Check daily business magazines to note down all the leads for new entrants, new projects or expanding companies.
- Check various websites for leads that might have been missed in print.
- Bring new lead generation ideas and helping to refine sales messaging, prospecting, and qualifying by performing ad hoc market analysis and maintaining awareness of competitor services
Team Support & Coordination (Secondary- 40% of time allocation):
- Attend events for prospecting purposes as well as branding presence.
- Coordinate with partners on Bayt partner sites on campaign status.
- Update CRM for all historic interaction with companies. Carry out other sales and operational activities as requested by the management.
- Upload, and maintain the course listings on the Learning portal.
- Client servicing of accounts listed on the Learning Portal.
