Private Banking Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) - AhliBank Q.S.C

Selling and cross selling all Bank products and attending to all their banking needs as well as increase Assets Under Management. Management of the asset portfolio for the customer and providing them with the most personal banking experience.
Contributes to the implementation of divisional strategy and profitability
Ensures developed products are utilized by clients.
Implements of division policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of Private Banking Service’s division activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
Ensures full awareness of compliance and risk management function.
Improves the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service
Acknowledges customers promptly and treating them in a courteous manner
Finds out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information
Maintains a strong working knowledge of client portfolios / products with the bank
Resolves customers’ queries within agreed authority
Produces file notes after any client meetings, summarising any additional actions required, including follow-up calls
Contributes to the development of new products and services, based on customer feedback
Sales activity planning, including reviewing existing customer files to identify sales opportunities
Undertakes commercial negotiations
Manages new client / business pitches
Compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organisational policies and professional codes
Uses/updates CRM module
Briefs Head of Private Banking about upcoming business for new and existing customers.
Ensures to effectively report all sales calls.
Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the division in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude
