Implements Co-Owner Association Management services for Owners Associations managed by The Pearl Owners Corporation. Oversees the administrative, secretarial, and financial and property management of common areas for clients of TPQ.
Managing a set portfolio of owners associations and making decisions to improve the buildings within the set guidelines and strategies.
Applying and enforcing all rules and regulations specified by the association.
Performing quality control inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications.
Managing and supervising several facility management companies in The Pearl Qatar.
Controlling the allocated co-owners association budgets and ensuring the expenditures are as per the assigned budget.
Coordinating with the handover team in organizing the handover process for new towers in The Pearl Qatar.
Preparing monthly, quarterly reports but not limited to residential updates, defects, incident reports, MEP and civil work progress.
Inspecting the general condition, cleanliness and security of the property, compliance of the owner’s association guidelines.
Preparing annual Financial Accounts and Financial Statements on an annual basis which are listed at the Annual General Assembly.
Conducting new owner/tenant orientations, presentations and other related communications.
Organizing, holding and chairing Owner’s Annual General Meetings.
Monitoring building managers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure compliance with the co-owners approvals and property management standards.
