Job Objective
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, to proactively understand business issues, and define solutions. Manage work streams for issue resolution and perform data enrichment activities. Analysis and resolution of issues within Corporate Functions and Business Units. Analyze and validate business requirements for the specific application and develop system specifications and test the system against the specifications/ business scenarios provided. Perform application configuration/setup and documentation management with version. Control for functional specifications, user manuals and customizations.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


  • Collect and define business requirements together with business stakeholders and validate those requirements

  • Close collaboration with system/technical analysts and application owners in being the business/functional end counterpart in solution finding and solution maintenance

  • Serve as a liaison between key Business stakeholders, Solutions teams and Milaha’s IT to manage and communicate any technology projects that will impact the production environment.

  • Subject matter expert in all systems that is used by the business and act as an IT escalation point for support team members and SI/Solution provider’s consultants.

  • Works on audit findings and coordinate with different relevant team for closure

  • Understand the overall business flow, supported application systems and its interface with other systems while understanding the sensitivity of information.

  • Contribute in preparation of feasibility studies of new solutions

  • Update application versions and manage deployment schedules.

  • Identify continual improvement of processes and procedures thru established projects and other initiatives

  • Implement customizations, in-house application, enhancements or add-ons with deep understanding of process and functionality.

  • Support domain manager on prioritization of change requests

  • Provide assistance on all support tickets and complex technical issues requiring a high level of functional expertise as well as a high knowledge policies and procedures.

  • Providing guidance for business stakeholders on completing tasks in a newly implemented program.

  • Interface with business users, super users, and various members of the Milaha’s business team to improve the understanding of applications and the synergies that exist within systems, minimize the need for any customization by providing solution and ideas resulting in a business process change.

  • Implement all the application functional requirement technically to provide the right solutions to the business.

  • Contribute to successful project completion by identifying risks and developing/recommending mitigation strategies

  • Develop master distribution lists, implementation and contingency plans ensuring verification is performed

  • Participate, prepare, provide feedback in requirements, design and use/test case development and reviews these documents to ensure proper processes and standards are followed and coordinate regression testing as required.

  • Prepare and present key artefacts like Scope Documents, Use Cases, Detailed Specification of Key Business Rules, Activity Diagrams, Business Process Mapping Diagrams and Documentation, Application Gap analysis including Oracle AIM Methodology.
