ERP SPECIALIST - INCADEA

ERP Specialist supervises the organization’s ERP systems through implementation of best practices. This includes supervising the installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining the company’s investments in the chose Application technologies. ERP Specialist is also responsible for planning and coordinating the change management of processes required for the support of ERP systems necessary for business operations.

1. Customize INCADEA functionalities for the users and departments
2. Configure, test and support INCADEA solutions before deploying to the live environment.
3. Configure, develop and implement INCADEA solutions in assigned functional areas.
4. Debug errors efficiently and effectively.
5. Perform data conversions, debug system problems.
6. Install and implement service packs and hot fixes as needed with the team.
7. Act as a technical liaison to business groups for application support
8. Act as a coaching partner to all relevant end-users ensuring they are constantly up-to-date on their user knowledge.
9. Test functionality developed against business requirements.
10. Support and drive process change and communication through teamwork.
11. Coordinate and contribute to end-user training including development of system documentation and training materials.
12. Prepare functional specification of customization required in INCADEA
13. Provide pre-go-live and post-go-live end user support.
14. Log all end-user queries along the stages.
15. Work closely with the Project Manager and Consultants to understand the business / application requirements of the assigned task.
16. Take charge in delivering development tasks within pre-agreed time budgets and timelines.
17. Prepare and maintain Configuration documentation, System documentation, End user documentation and other relevant documents.
18. Track hours worked by assignment on a daily basis.
19. Ability to prepare customizations in compliance with established standards and practices.
20. Ad-hoc tasks required by team members and/or higher management.
21. Periodic review meetings with users to assess the problems, additional requirements and training gaps.
22. Project Management wherever such responsibilities are assigned
23. Prepare business case documents for new solutions
24. Value Management for existing INCADEA solutions

25. Implement data security measures as per information security policy & procedures

26. Escalation of software problems to INCADEA through OSS & escalate security incidents.
27. Conduct system, functional, data security audit periodically & assist internal / external auditors for their audits.
28. Work on other modules / domains whenever required
29. Integration with SAP
