Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Market Operations Officer to join one of the leading global consultancies. Based in the Doha Head Office this role will support the business providing key account management and support on coordinating all business development (BD) for key accounts.
Responsibilities include running and administering BD meetings, reporting on all BD efforts via the CRM system and handling market research on clients, target clients and sectors. You will also be responsible for creating compliance reports, supporting bids for new business and conducting debriefs following the engagement award. Other key accountabilities include client satisfaction monitoring, competitor analysis and leading the day to day communications around all activities.
