Charterhouse is looking to hire a Qatar based professional Commercial Manager with a solid proven track record who will work with this multinational client based in the Doha head office. It is a new opportunity due to a new project and the successful applicant will provide commercial leadership and commercial strategy deployment to ensure the effective management of all aspects of the joint venture.
Accountabilities will include ensuring compliance with the contract terms and conditions, contract delivery and ensure contractual deliverables are fulfilled, establish and maintain commercial governance and controls and adherence to all commercial policies and processes in accordance with the JV. You will also handle all Stakeholder Management - internal, externally, locally and with the HQ, support the generation and negotiation of proposals for any additional work and contract changes as required, as well as provide procurement support and initial local purchase of products and services if and when required.
