  • Preparing full Payroll cycle including the issuance of pay slips

  • Collecting and encoding time sheets

  • Preparing various reports in excel

  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using networking, databases, newspapers, social media, online resources etc.

  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants ; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

  • Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements;

  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs

  • Negotiating with new candidates ; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.

  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices;

  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results and meeting KPIs as needed.

  • Prepare and coordinate the recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;

  • Meet with managers to discuss needs and create/update job description

  • Preparing manpower & recruitment plans and providing progress reports

  • Other HR functions as deemed by the Management.
