- Preparing full Payroll cycle including the issuance of pay slips
- Collecting and encoding time sheets
- Preparing various reports in excel
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using networking, databases, newspapers, social media, online resources etc.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants ; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements;
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Negotiating with new candidates ; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices;
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results and meeting KPIs as needed.
- Prepare and coordinate the recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives;
- Meet with managers to discuss needs and create/update job description
- Preparing manpower & recruitment plans and providing progress reports
- Other HR functions as deemed by the Management.
