Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a well-established 5-star luxury hotel and we are recruiting an experienced F&B Director to join their iconic Dubai property to lead the multi-outlet F&B strategy and operations to increase guest footfall, brand awareness and profitability. The Role Develop and implement F&B strategies and operational plans to kick-start the F&B outlets to increase footfall, brand engagement, revenue and profitability. Develop pricing, menu re-engineering, concepts and themes for each F&B outlet, Liaise with the Marketing team to develop online marketing campaigns and promotions. Budget preparation and revenue planning and revenue analysis, labor, operating and F&B cost control, Manage the F&B outlets and kitchens ensuring that all health, safety and quality standards are met, and the dining experience exceeds the guest's expectations.
