Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a world-famous shopping mall and we are recruiting an experienced Director of Retail Mall Operations to oversee and manage the smooth delivery of mall services including soft services and to ensure the building services and common facilities are fully functional. The Role Conduct site inspections with service providers for outstanding building and M&E defects and daily routine and rectification works. Manage asset build and refurbishment projects. Manage all soft services contracts, contractors, tenders and vendors and plan and implement preventative maintenance programs for mall. Develop, implement and manage policies, processes and systems related to housekeeping, parking, security, landscaping, concierge, elevators, escalators, digital advertising and CCTV, WIFI, music, fire and safety systems.
