Etihad Airways - Abu Dhabi - We are pleased to announce this exciting position & opportonity as Claims Officer, where the successful candidate will process and investigate claims in accordance with EY policy liaising with stakeholders, partners and customers in order to mitigate cost to EY in payment of claims and minimize the negative impact of service failure (e.g. damage, delay and/or loss of goods) on customers by processing all claims in a timely manner. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure compliance with EY policy in all claims handling Acknowledge and/or respond to all enquires within the framework of the EY internal SLA, avoiding the need for reminders and further follow-ups Ensure accuracy of information, attention to detail and timely data collection on the reason for the claim and its subsequent processing Liaise with and obtain documentation relevant to claims process from partners and stakeholders Analyze and report on claims trends within parameters set out by the Claims Manager Investigate pro...
