The Program Development Coordinator (PDC), under the direction of the Chair, Program Development, will provide leadership in academic program development initiatives, as well as pedagogical expertise in the development of new and revised college programs. The PDC will be tasked with the program design, development and review of programs to be offered at CNA-Qatar ensuring they meet strict quality standards of CNA, local ministerial bodies, and, where relevant, accrediting and certifying agencies. The Program Development Coordinator will conduct needs assessments for new program initiatives, and facilitate focus groups and consultative meetings to elicit program feedback. The PDC will manage the development and quality control of course outlines, learning resources, and modules for delivery of current and new programs; coordinate the development of modularized curriculum for corporate training; manage the resources required for development in both regular and contract programs, and ensure accuracy and academic quality of all development. In consultation with subject-matter-experts, the PDC will compose preliminary and comprehensive program proposals and other academic documentation related to courses and programs. The Program Development Coordinator will work with various teams, committees, and content experts to facilitate program development and provide expertise on educational frameworks relevant to program design, development and review.
