The VIP Client Expert acts as an ambassador and is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve sales objectives. They will strive to discover the VIP Clients and their every need, and guide them across the store. He/She will proactively reach out to the Elite clients in order to achieve individual and GL team goals, with a special objective and a strong extra-miles service attitude.
The team will be in charge of all Client Service in the store: CRM, Customer Service, Concierges.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate leadership in terms of clientele: know and develop clients for the category with a focus on local Clients
• Act as a proactive force for the Management Team in developing the business and be a key contributor for sales
• Interact with the Visual Merchandiser to make sure that the Third Floor will be well displayed
• Be a partner to the Team Client Advisor; provide them with feedback (product performance, quality, client related information, local market, competitors, trends, missing opportunities…)
• Be a point of reference in store, sharing passion for the product and inspiring others
• Be a partner to the in-store Trainer to develop selling skills and product knowledge in the store
• Coach and mentor each member of the Third Floor Team
• Conduct performance review against set objectives
• Set Client Services strategy
