The Role: As a Quality Assurance Analyst for Alshaya's Food Division, you will work to maintain the excellent standards within our Brands and support in enhancing our current quality processes. Responsibilities include: Assisting in implementing food safety and hygiene programmes Conducting routine checks in order to track key performance indicators Maintaining data integrity through astute attention to detail Issuing KPI reports for store and vendor audits Supporting the business to ensure quality standards are maintained Providing regular reporting on emerging quality trends.
