Operations Manager

• Manages the overall operations by working closely with the various operational departments.
• Ensures the development operational plans, priorities, performance measurements, management controls and critical success factors for Business Unit.
• Oversees leasing service and routing, customer service, billing and fleet management.
• Develops budget and business plans and reviews them on quarterly basis to ensure that the company’s objectives are effectively met.
• Analyzes and determine what equipment/vehicles to be purchased, and how they are to be equipped as per the business requirements.
• Communicates requirements to corporate departments to ensure the proper support for the operations.
• Ensures that all the equipment/vehicles are properly maintained and that the equipment/vehicles are in the best operating conditions.
• Ensures that all equipment is completely inspected at least once a year and is calibrated based on the manufacturer’s recommendations or regulatory standard.
• Ensures a top quality leasing services and analyzes customers’ feedback and complaints.
• Ensures adequate training and employment program in accordance with established provisions.
• Leads and monitors improvement initiatives and ensures its proper implementation.
• Ensures that equipment/vehicles downtime it at its minimum as result of traffic violations, breakdowns, driver’s and vehicles registrations, etc.
• Develops and frequently reviews operating policies and procedures and ensures their proper implementation.
• Keeps abreast with changes and emerging issues of significance in the equipment/vehicle leasing Industry.
• Applies best practices and continuously seeks improving the equipment/vehicle leasing services.
• Prepares and provides operations and financial reports to the BU Head whenever it is required.
• Performs other duties assigned by Reporting Manager as per the business requirements.
