Act as a crucial component in the medical equipment supply chain which aims to source, procure, import, store and deliver medical items across multiple offices; under the direction of the Head, assist in planning, and forecasting, preparing orders according to programme needs and carry out importation procedures and Tax exemption. Process all requisitions for medical equipments received from Materials Management, ensuring they are adequately completed. Support staff to correct or provide additional information when necessary, while formally incorporating each medical equipment finished requisition into the Supply Chain database. Negotiate with requester, budget holder, and medical equipment suppliers when necessary.
