Catering Quality Inspector - Hamad Medical Corporation

1. In this role, required to maintain robust HACCP programme and compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP certification requirements; actively manage any product recalls that occur on products from this facility.
2. Set up quality control/assurance system with detailed information on every product, raw or cooked, that goes into the food production premises
3. Contribute to increased productivity by ensuring that all the correct procedures, including cleaning, are followed complying with standard code of practice
4. Receive, check and inspect quality of food supplies upon delivery at the main provision bulk store warehouse
5. Conduct spot checks of the preparation and production areas of the main kitchen and cafeteria concessionaire and the sub-provision store
6. Coordinate and meet with concerned staff regarding matters related to quality control
7. Perform other duties as assign
