You will be responsible for processing HR, Immigration and labor related functions of Steal manufacturing company based in Bahrain. To perform this role, you should have a sound knowledge of various HR functions, Bahrain immigration process and Bahrain labor law.
- Working closely with various departments.
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
- Recruiting staff, which involves, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Administering payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Planning and sometimes delivering training - including inductions for new staff.
