-To carry out treatments & services to the required standards.
-To promote the sales of retail products sold in the nails studio and to achieve relevant financial targets.
-To comply with the standards of appearance and grooming when on duty.
-Good communication & coordination skills.
-To adhere to the health and safety standards as established.
-To handle guest problems queries in the appropriate manner.
-To give nails analysis and professional advice.
-To attend training courses as required.
-To maintain the quality of facility e.g. cleanliness and all maintenance related.
-To ensure that all the equipment is fully operational.
