WorleyParsons’ Realize our Future program includes streams across operational cost effectiveness, revenue growth and digital transformation of our business, with potential extension to business performance management.
The ROF Business Analyst provides support to the Realize our Future program team globally, working together with the Regional ROF leads and the wider WorleyParsons business. Based in any major office globally and reporting to the Project Director, Realize our Future, your responsibilities and focus will include:
- Identify issues, create hypotheses and perform high-level analysis on themes and trends;
- Gather and interrogate data from multiple sources to verify or reject hypotheses on business interpretations;
- Translate data into meaningful insights and reports that are readily accessible to a broad audience including management, and more broadly as required;
- Develop plans to implement recommendations for improvement and/or corrective actions that align with the strategic focus;
- Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports for Realize our Future Steering Committee and GLT as required;
- Act as a “Subject Matter Expert” for the program including ongoing support and training;
