Site Inspector - Maintenance

• Attend customer calls in time and visit the site to verify complaints.
• Identify the complaints and suggest remedy.
• Prepare complaint report and submit to maintenance head.
• Ensure that the complaint is rectified in time
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of various types of hot & cold kitchen/bar/dishwashing/laundry equipment
• Give training to end users how to use the machines, preventive maintenance, etc.
• Fault finding and trouble shooting ability of all electrical/electronic/mechanical parts.
• Knowledge to use modern electronic tools/equipment for installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with various departments for timely completion of the works.
