Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise technicians and helpers to perform their work properly
• Identify the products and spares
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Technical knowledge of various types of hot & cold kitchen/bar/dishwashing/laundry equipment
• Do installation, testing and commissioning of all equipment independently.
• Give training to end users how to use the machines, preventive maintenance, etc.
• Fault finding and trouble shooting ability of all electrical/electronic/mechanical parts.
• Knowledge to use modern electronic tools/equipment for installation and maintenance.
• Coordinate with various departments for timely completion of the works.
