They will be female and either a fresh graduate or someone with 1 to 2 years experience working in an English-speaking customer-facing role. The Moving Coordinator ensures smooth clearance and delivery of shipments (personal effects) for residential and corporate customers. She will provide customers with complete solutions for customs clearance with timely deliveries and best service. This person will coordinate shipments, arrange inspection of shipments, cargo and government approvals, plan and schedule related activities, ensure accuracy of documents, coordinate with airport office/shipping lines/airlines/etc and ensure accurate billing.
