QS Quest - Kuwait City - Head of Mechanical (HVAC) to join my clients design section as their current person has retired. The Head of HVAC will be reporting to the Head of MEP. Must have a BSc in mechanical engineering. Minimum of 15 years commercial experience (post grad) Prior experience of working in the middle east would be an advantage but not mandatory. The successful candidate will come from a consultancy background not a main contract background.
