Mabrook Hotel Supplies - Kuwait City - Basic Objectives: To coordinate the disposition of all capital equipment spares and screens quotations required, meeting the requirements of sales department and direct requests from clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Handle capital equipment inquires and tender. Liase with the clients for clarification with regards to inquiries. Liase with Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, Technical Service Engineer or Operations Manager for technical assistance and pricing strategies. Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and preform invoices. Proactive coordination between Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts department to get the updates on availability and lead time, delivery updates and payment issues.
