Mastourah - Kuwait - We are currently in need of a Purchasing Coordinator who will fill our team. Job description:• Prepares and place purchase orders. Handle samples requests and samplings. Communicate with local and overseas vendors/suppliers. Verify purchase requisitions by comparing items requested from master list, clarifying unclear items, and offering alternatives as well as updates purchasing records and pricing in the system. Coordinating with Accounts Dept. for Invoices against each purchase order. Resolving complaints and disputes. Providing Sales Team with technical product information and statuses. Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents. Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail, etc. Miscellaneous - Answering calls, mails, other duties as assigned Skills At least 2-3 years experience Excellent command of computer applications; MS Office, particularly Outlook, Word & Excel Must have good exper...
