Up-dates integrated CPM Programme on a regular basis for submittal to Engineer's Representative. Produces 90 days forward look ahead Programme on a monthly basis and necessary revisions to overcome delays without affecting overall completion date. Produces on a weekly basis bar chart showing daily progress during the past week and the forecast for next 3 weeks. This is to be submitted in advance of the Weekly Progress Review Meeting. Produces short term schedules as required by Project Manager and Construction Manager. Inputs information on daily progress, manpower etc. from Section Engineers. Assists Senior Planning Engineer / Project Manager in preparation of Monthly Reports and Interim Payment Certificates.
